fewer screenshots by design — favor diagrams and system/architecture visuals.

Expected files:
- `hero.webp`
- `admin-dashboard.webp`

- `before-workflow.webp`, `after-workflow.webp`

Pages use graceful placeholders, so missing images will not break anything.
